We buy or rent agricultural and forest land, from private persons as well as companies. We are especially interested in offers from Rõngu, Elva, Nõo and Tartu rural municipalities.
Based on your wish, we also make offers for different parts of the registered immovable – for example, you don’t want to sell the entire registered immovable, but just a part of it. In this case, we arrange for the measurement of the land and do the paperwork for you. We can also make offers for registered immovables with a state hire-purchase balance.

  When negotiating the price of the agricultural land, we assess the possibilities of its use, fertility of the soil, its location, the size of the land plot, restrictions on use, and encumbrances.

  When evaluating the forest land, we take into consideration the reserve of the growing forest, the size of the land plot, the type and age of the forest, restrictions on use, and encumbrances.

Sales-purchase transactions are executed at the notary public, and the payment for the registered immovable is guaranteed by transferring the relevant amount into the deposit account of the notary public before signing any contracts.
