Since 1993, Tartu Tehnika AS has been dealing with agricultural production and the sale of agricultural products to Estonian buyers. 

 

We also engage in forestry and wood chip production.

 

We cultivate nearly 3,500 hectares of land, of which we rent nearly 1,000 hectares. We also manage nearly 1,000 hectares of forest land.

 

To expand our main activities, we are interested in buying or renting agricultural or forest land. The rental and purchase of agricultural and forest land is mainly in the areas of Hellenurme, Laeva, Tabivere and Kärevere. We are interested in forest land throughout South Estonia

 

We organize land surveying and administration.

 

Purchase and sale transactions are formalized by a notary and payment for the property is guaranteed by transferring the sales amount to the notary’s deposit account before signing the contracts.
